Registered 3rd Aug 1772 at ¼ after 11 in the forenoon.
A Memorial of an Indented Deed of Release bearing date the twenty fourth day of March in the year one thousand seven hundred and Sixty eight made or mentioned to be made between Jones Irwin of Streamstown in the County of Sligoe, Esq. of the one part and Henry Irwin of Harristown in the Said County Esq. of the other part. Whereby the said Jones Irwin for the Considerations therein mentioned did Grant, Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Henry Irwin and to his heirs the five Quarters of Land of Ballonaghan viz. Knockculleen, Knocklasten, Knockrawer, Koocknageeha, Ardcorrane and Liskea Situate in the Barony of Corran and County of Sligoe with the appurtenances to hold unto the said Henry Irwin his hairs and assigns forever subject to the provision of Redemption therein mentioned which said Deed is Witnessed by Robert French and John Thewles of the City of Dublin, Esqs. And this Memorial is Witnessed by the said Robert French and by John King of Streamstown, aforesaid Gent.

The above named Robt. French maketh oath that he saw the above named Jones Irwin duly execute the Deed of which the above writing is a Memorial and Signed and Sealed the above Memorial and that he this Dept. is a subscribing Witness to the said Deed and Memorial and that the name Robert French thereto respectively subscribed as a Witness is this Dept. name and of his proper handwriting and that on the third day of August in the year one thousand seven hundred and seventy two he delivered the said Deed and Memorial to John McCabe Gent. Deputy Register he believes at or near a quarter of an hour after eleven of the clock in the forenoon of the said day. [Signed]Robt. French
