To the Register appointed by Act of Parliament for Registering Deeds, and so forth:

A Memorial of a Deed bearing date of the third day of August one thousand seven hundred and sixty-nine in and Between Jones Irwin of Streamstown in the County of Sligo, Esq. in the first part, John Taaffe of Ballynaglough in the said Count y Esq. of the second part and Edward Griffith Irwin of Templevanny in the said County, Esq. of the third part whereby the said Jones Irwin for the Considerations made did Charge and Incumber the Lands of Gortslin otherwise Gortstan, Carran, Cloonadeven otherwise Cloonadeveen, Streamstown otherwise Carrondoone and Court, all situated in the County of Sligo as in said Deed mentioned which said Deed is that said by John Thewles and John Irwin both of the City of Dublin, Gent. and this Memorial is witnessed by the said John Thewles and Hugh Burne, shopkeeper.

The above named John Thewles maketh oath that he saw the above named Jones Irwin duly Sign and Execute the Deed whereof the foregoing is a Memorial and also saw the above named Edward Griffith Irwin duly Sign and Execute the above Memorial , that he hand delivered the said Deed and Memorial to John Macabe, Gent. Deputy registered the 14th Day of January 1772 at nine o’clock in the forenoon.
