To the Register appointed by act of parliament for registering Deeds Leases Conveyances and So forth Memorial of a certain indented Deed of assignment bearing date the nineteenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight made Between John Sibthorpe of the City of Dublin oil and colour merchant assignee of the estate and effects of Robert Going of the City of Cork and Insolvent of the first part the said Robert Going of the second part and Thomas Going of Cahir in the County of Tipperary Flour merchant of the third part Whereby after reciting a certain indented deed of assignment and partition bearing date the twenty fourth day of July one thousand eight hundred and thirty five and made Between the said Robert Going and Thomas Going of the first William Going therein described of the second part and Henry Noblett attorney at law of the third part the said Robert Thomas and William Going did assign and makeover unto the said Henry Noblett the houses and piece or parcel of ground as demised by lease dated the ninth of September one thousand seven hundred and fifty one and all buildings and improvements thereon and all their estate and interests therein To Hold unto the said Henry Noblett his Executors administrators and assigns from thenceforth for the residue of the term of nine hundred and ninety nine years Commencing from twenty fifth day of March one thousand seven hundred and fifty one and the said Henry Noblett by the said Deed of Partition and in order to carry such partition into effect and with the consent of the said Thomas Going as therein did assign and make over unto the said Robert Going All that and those the several and respective dwelling house grounds yards lots tenements and premises marked in the map incorporated with said deed of partition with the figures 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9 10.11.12 being part and parcel the aforesaid premises demised by the said lease of the ninth of September one thousand seven hundred and fifty one and which said house grounds messuages tenements and premises so thereby in severalty assigned to the said Robert Going are therein mentioned to be delineated and circumscribed by and within the red lines of said map and to be bounded on the west partly by another part of said premises demised by said lease and allotted to said Thomas Going the adjoining tenement of which was then in the tenure of W Kennedy and marked in said map 21 and partly by the garden belonging to the north Presentation Convent on the East by the Watercourse or Mallow road on the south by old chappel lane and on the north by the avenue lane or passage leading from the said roads to the premises and tan yard of Michael Dunn and partly by a Store belonging to said Dunn marked on said map 13.14 situate in the Parish of Saint Anne Shandon and north suburbs of the City of Cork To Hold unto the said Robert Going his Executors administrators and assigns from thenceforth for the residue of said term of nine hundred and ninety nine years And after further reciting that by indented deed of Mortgage date the twentieth day of May one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven the said Robert Going for the Considerations therein mentioned did assign and make over the aforesaid several and respective dwelling houses grounds yards lots tenements and premises so by said Deed of partition allotted and assigned in severalty to the said Robert Going unto William Blain his executors administrators and assigns for the residue of said term Subject to redemption an[d] payment of one thousand two hundred pounds with interest and after further reciting that the said Robert Going in as on the twenty fourth of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight discharged and set at liberty by order of the Court for the relief of insolvent debtors in Ireland and the said John Sibthorpe was appointed assignee of his Estate and effects and after further reciting a public auction of said premises whereat the said Thomas Going being the highest bidder was accordingly declared the purchaser thereof and after further reciting as in said Deed of assignment of which this writing is a Memorial is recited the said John Sibthorpe for the considerations therein mentioned did with the consent and approbation of the said Robert Going testified as therein mentioned grant bargain sell assign and make over unto the said Thomas Going All that and those the aforesaid several and respective dwelling houses ground yard lots tenements and premises so allotted and assigned in severalty unto the said Robert Going and by him assigned in mortgage to the said William Blain as aforesaid and so marked respectively on said map with the figures 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11.12 and delineated and described and meared and bounded as are therein and hereinbefore mentioned and set forth situate in the Parish of Saint Anne Shandon and north suburbs of the City of Cork together with all and Singular the ways easements passages rights memberts (sic) and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining yearly and other the rents issues and profits thereof and of every part thereof and all the Estate right title interest term for years Equity of redemption trust property Claim and demand whatsoever at law and in Equity of him the said John Sibthorpe as such assignee as aforesaid or of him the said Robert Going of into or out of the aforesaid several and respective premises To Hold saying unto the said Thomas Going his executors atministrators (sic) and assigns from thenceforth for the residue of said term of nine hundred and ninety nine years Subject to said mortgage rent and other reservations in said Deed mentioned witnesses to the execution of Said Deed and this memorial by the said John Sibthorpe one William Revington of Cork Hill in the City of Dublin book-keeper and Thomas Connell of Said City Attorney at Law.

Present at the Signing and sealing hereof Wm Revington Thomas Connell the above named Thomas Connell maketh oath Saith that he is a subscribing witness to and saw the original deed of which the foregoing writing is a memorial and said memorial respectively duly signed sealed and executed by the therein named John Sibthorpe and that the name Thomas Connell thereunto respectively subscribed as a witness is this Deponents proper name and hand writing and that deponent delivered the said Deed and Memorial to Walter Glascock Esquire assistant Register at the Registry Office Henrietta Street in the City of Dublin at or about the hour of a quarter before one oClock in the afternoon on Tuesday the twentieth day of November one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight Thomas Connell sworn before me this twentieth day of November one thousand Eight hundred and thirty eight Walter Glascock A.R.
