A Memíl of an Indented Deed of relíe bearing the date the Sixth day of June One Thousand Seven huníd & Fifty Two made between John Tench of Bryanstown in the Cío of Wexford Esqíre Eldest Son & heir and Exír of Elizabeth Tench his mother who was widow & admíx of Joshua Tench Esqíre deced his late father and also Heir at Law of Samíl Tench of Mullenderry in the said Cío Gent deced his unkle of the one Pít & Margret Driscoll otheríe Tench of the city of Dublin widow and late wife of the Revíd Thoís Driscoll Clk deced and one of the dauírs of the said Joshua Tench of the other part reciting that by a Certain Indented Deed bearing date the Twentieth day of Decemír one Thousíd Six Huníd and Ninety Five made between Margret Lee als Colclough widow and relict of Robert Leigh Colclough late of Tinterne in the Cío of Wexford Esqíre of the one part and Samíl Tench of Mullenderry in the said Cío Gent of the other part the said Margret in consideration of one huníd píds did Give Grant & Confirm unto the said Samíl Tench his heirs & Afsís a yearly Rent Charge or annuity of Eight pdís to Ifsue out of the Lands of Rathnegeragh parcell of the Mannor of Tinterne aforesíd To Hold the said rent charge unto the said Samíl Tench his Heirs and afsís forever in wích said Deed is Contained a proviso of redemption and reciting that by anír Indented Deed bearing date the Twenty Fifth day of March one Thousíd Seven huníd and Two made between John Pigott Colclough Esqíre and Margret his wife of the City of Dublin of the one part and Joshua Tench of Bryanstowne in the Cío of Wexford Esqíre of the other Part in considerín of one huníd pounds to the said Margret in hand paid by the said Joshua they the said John Pigott Colclough and Margret his wife did Grant and Confirm unto the said Joshua his Heirs & afsís all that and thofe the Towns and Lands of Yoletowne & Cheryestown lying and being in the Quarter of Tinterne Baroney of Shelburne of the síd Cío of Wexford with the Appurtís To Hold to the said Joshua his Heirs and afsís forever Subject to a Proviso or Condition of Redemption on Payment of the said sum of one huníd píds with the interest therein meníd and reciting that the Legall Estate of the said Deeds and Mortgages and all the Money on Each of them Secured & this said Land & premíes therein and thereby respectively Mortgaged is vested in the said John Tench as heir at Law to the said Samíl and Joshua Tench his said father and unkle and reciting that the said Two respective Sums so Secured in and by the said Deeds and all the Money due & to grow due thereon were Part of Parcell of the portion of the said Margret Driscoll otherwife Tench & the same & every part thereof on the Intermarrí of the said Margret with the said Thoís Driscoll were settled on the said Thoís & Margret and the Surví of them and that the said Margret Survived without having any Ifsue & became Intitled to the said Two Principal Sums & the said Interests or annuities arising & growing due for the same & to the said Indented Deeds and Securities By wích said Indented Deed whereof this is a memíl the said John Tench in Consideration of Ten Shillís to him in hand [416] Paid did Give Grant Bargain Sell Afsign release & Confirm unto the said Margret in her actual pofsíion by virtue of a Lease for one year therein mentíd All that and those the said Town & Lands of Rathnegeragh & the said Rent Charge or annuity of Eight píds Ifsuing & to Ifsue out of the said last mentioned Lands & also all that & those the said Towns and Lands of Yoletowne and Cherystowne Situate lying & being in yíe said Cío of Wexford & the Revín & Revíns remíe & remíes Rents Ifsues & profits thereof & all the money Secured & due to grow due thereon & thereby respecíly & all the Estator right Title Interest use Trust pofsíion Claim of Demand of the síd Jnío Tench To Hold to the said Margret Driscoll her Heirs & afsís forever Subject to the sevíl Provisoes in the said recited Deeds Contained wích said Deed of release whereof this is a memíl Contains other Covíts and the said Deed & this Memíl are Severally witíd by Jack Hatton & Richard Malone both of the city of Dublin Gent ~

The above named Richíd Malone came this day before me & made oath that he is a subscribing witnefs to the Indented Deed of release whereof the above writing is a memíl & saw the same duly Executed by the above named John Tench & this Depít is also a subscribing witnefs to the above Memíl & saw the same duly Signed & Sealed by the above named Margret Driscol & this Depít Delivered the said Deed & above Memíl to Mr. James Saunders Dep:Regír on the 29th day of July 1752 at or near Half an hour after Eleven oíClock in the Forenoon. ~ Richíd Malone ~ Sworn before me this 29th day of July 1752 ~ James Saunders Dep:Regír.
