To the Register appointed to register Deeds Wills and so forth pursuant to the Statute
A Memorial and an Indenture of Lease bearing date the first day of June one thousand Seven hundred and thirty nine Between Henry Irwin of Tanregoe in the County of Sligo Esq. of the one part and Richard Irwin of Ballonaghan Otherwise Harristown in the Said County Gent. of the Other part. Whereby the said Henry Irwin for the Consideration therein Mentioned did devise and sell unto the said Richard Irwin the five Quarters of Ballonaghan aforesaid together with LIskea being a Mountain belonging to the same with the Appurtenances Situate in the Barony of Carron and County aforesaid from the first day of May Last past for and during the Natural Life and Lives of him the Said Richard Irwin John Irwin of Camlin in the County of Roscommon gent. and Jane Irwin Eldest daughter of the Said Richard Irwin and the Longest Liver of them at the Rent and under the Covenants in the said Indenture Mentioned which said Indenture is Witnessed by the Rev. Charles Hanker of Cloonagh in the Said County of Sligoe Clerk and by Jones Irwin of Streamstown in the Said County gent. and this Memorial is Witnessed by the said Jones Irwin and by Mathew McDonogh of Harristown in the Said County of Sligoe.

The above named Jones Irwin maketh oath that he is a subscribing witness to the Indenture of Lease whereof the above writing is a Memorial and also to the above Memorial and that he saw the said Indenture of Lease duly executed by the partys thereof and that he saw the above named Richd Irwin duly sign and seal the above Memorial and sayth that the name Jones Irwin subscribed as a witness to the said Indenture and Memorial is of this Dept. proper handwriting.
