To the Register appointed for Registering Deeds Wills and so forth pursuant to the statutes:
Registered the 4 of July 1746 at 6 o’clock in the afternoon.
A Memorial of Indented Deeds of Lease and Release the Lease bearing date the thirteenth and the Release bearing date the fourteenth day of April one thousand seven hundred and thirty-nine between James Johnson of Clooncran in the County of Mayo Gent. And Jones Irwin of Templevanny in the County of Sligo Gent. of the one part and Henry Irwin of Tonrego in the said County Esquire and Richard Irwin of Harristown in the said County Gent. of the other part by which said Deed of Lease the said James Johnson and Jones Irwin for the considerations therein mentioned did Bargain and Sell unto the said Henry Irwin and Richard Irwin the said Towns and Lands of Clooncran otherwise Clooneran and Racey otherwise Recey otherwise Raicy in the Barony of Tyrawley and County of Mayo from hence next Evening and by the said Deed of Release the said James Johnson and Jones Irwin for the considerations herein mentioned did grant Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Henry Irwin and Richard Irwin forever the said Towns and Lands of Clooncran otherwise Clooneran Racey with the appurtenances hereunto belonging to the uses intents and purposes and subject to the provisions in the said Deed of Release particularly mentioned and especially to the use of the said Henry Irwin until paid a certain sum of money in the said Deed of Release mentioned and afterwards as to one third part of said premises the use of the said James Johnson and Mary his wife for their lives and the life of the survivor for the jointure of the said Mary Remainder as to the other two thirds to the use of the said James for Life with several Remainders over which said Deeds are Witnessed by John Holmes of Castle baldwin in the County of Sligo Clerk George Taaffe of Rathnaree and Lewis Irwin of Lisbaralee both of said County of Sligo Gent. and this Memorial is witnessed by the said Lewis Irwin and Thomas Wills of the City of Dublin Gents.

The above named Lewis Irwin maketh oath that he as a subscribing witness to the Indented Deeds of Lease and Release whereof the above writing is a Memorial that he saw the above named James Johnson and Jones Irwin duly Execute the said Deed of Lease and saw the said Deed of Release duly Executed by the parties hereto to which said Deeds this Dept. is a subscribing witness for sayeth that the name Lewis Irwin subscribed as a witness to the said Deeds are of the Depts. Proper handwriting and sayeth that he is also a subscribing witness to the above Memorial and that the name Lewis Irwin subscribed as Witness for the above Meml. is of this Dept. proper handwriting and the he saw the same duly Executed by the above named Jones Irwin.
