By deed dated Nov 1713, A agreed with D, that D should have Knocklow, 410a, on an annual tenancy until E should reach the age of 21, & then to E, if a Protestant and otherwise qualified, or to A, if a Protestant and otherwise qualified, for 21 years from 1714. E has now entered the service of the King of Prussia and D openly professes the religion of the Church of Rome. A has therefore given D notice to quit & C has been accepted as tenant for life of lessee or 21 years, £71:15s pa.
