D, at his death, was demised of several houses on plots of ground demised to him by G in an earlier deed, one house of which was demised by D to I & by I to F, & another demised by D to H; before his death D made a will dated 12 September 1785 in which he ordered his debts be paid & his remaining estate be divided between his wife & surviving children, which will was probated; J obtained a court judgement in 1791 against D for 400 lb, which J assigned to F, so E had agreed to demise the above mentioned property to F in consideration of 380 lb of which 214 lb 4 s 1 p shall be considered payment of debt in full, for a duration of the original lease of the life of K, being the surviving life in that deed. |
