An Instrument in Writing Indented on a Deed Purporting to be an Assignment of a Mortgage between A & B, in which deed it was recited that C granted by way of mortgage to A the premises in the town of Blackrock, in the County of the City of Dublin, wherein B formerly resided, containing in front to the street 36 ft and in depth 45 ft, bounded on the north by a holding demised by B to C, on the east by part of said holding, on the west by premises belonging to C & on the south by the street fronting said house, to hold for the remainder of the term of 40 years, & A granted to B the said premises, subject to the provisions of redempiton, in consideration of the sum of 111 lb ster, being the amount of all principal interest and costs due on the said mortgage, the deed and this memorial executed by B, and by D therein named by virtue of a power freely to him granted. |
