Also, E, by deed dated 15 Apr 1709 set to F house etc in St Patrick’s St, 40 years, £5 pa, & F stated that the lease was taken in trust for A. Also, G, by deed dated 19 Sep 1705 set to H house etc on W side, Wine Tavern St, said City, 41 years, £14 pa. H, by endorsement dated 3 Oct, same year, assigned the lease to I, for £18:10s. Gorman, by endorsement dated 15 Aug 1706 said that the assignment was made to him for the benefit of F, & the money was F’s. F left said lease & that of some other property on Cork Hill to J K by deed dated 9 Jun 1714 in consideration of the surrender of former lease & £20 as a fine, set the property to J, for 40 years at £5 pa. J, by her will dated 19 Dec 1714, left the leases to her son, A, who is raising £350 on the properties. |
