A let to B that piece of land, part of Richmonds Farm, situate in the Ease side of Glissmahanioge in the suburbs of the City of Dublin, wherein several houses were built and in which then was C's garden, containing 2 acres 1 rood 28 perches, bounded on the Northwest by the Street called Glissmahanioge and containing 452 ft, on the Northeast by Church Ground, formerly part of Richmonds Farm, then the garden of D & containing 114 ft, on the East by the holding of C, being the estate of D, & containing 334 ft, on the Southwest by ground in the possession of the Linen Board, which was formerly part of the Estate of Pribendarus and Vicars in lease to E, and sold by virtue of an Act of Parliament to the Commissioners for Widening Streets for the use of the said Linen Board & containing 460 ft, which said ground and premeses are described in a map made by the Dean and Chapter of Christ Church to A, to hold unto B for 39 years at 420 lb 10 s ster per year.
