A composed an incredibly long and complicated last will and testament before he died. His daughters D,E,F,G were to be given 500 pounds upon marriage, with funds provided in the meantime. A's heir, B, needed approval to marry from Z,M,N. M had leased land to A. A's farm of Gorteen Shingare was to be sold to pay debts, funeral expenses, and provide for Y. Real estate bequeathed to devisees included land in Rathford, Donoghmore, Limerick City, and Rulagh in County Limerick. N put his hand and seal on the will. |
