Services Held Sunday for Mrs. Rosa Gambill.

Mrs. Rosa Daniel Gambill, 78, died Friday at the
home of her son, D. J. Gambill of Thelma, following
a long illness.

Born February 20, 1879, at Kerz, she was the daughter
of Dan and Rebecca Stapleton Daniel who preceed her in
death.

She had been a resident of Thelma for 18 years. Mrs.
Gambill was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.

She was married December 26, 1900 to James M. Gambill
who preceded her in death January 11, 1956.

Surviving are two sons, D. J. Gambill of Thelma and W. H.
Gambill of Ashland and four grandchildren. Other survivors
are one sister Mrs. Birdie Stapleton of Beaver, Ohio and four
brothers, L. F. Daniel of Ashland, H. R. Daniel of Youngstown,
Ohio, Arbie Daniel of Kerz, and A. M. Daniel of Ashland.

Services were conducted at 2 p. m. Sunday from the home
of her son with Bruce Daniel as officiating minister.

Burial was made in the Gambill Cemetary at Thelma.
