Judy K. Pierce

Judy K. Pierce, age 58, died Thursday, March 7, 2002
at her home. She was born March 3, 1944 in Carey,Ohio,
the daughter of the late David Beecher Ealey and Ival Hackworth.

In addition to being survived by ber mother, she is survived by
her husband, David Pierce, one son, Jason Pierce and one daughter,
Holly Pierce. She is also survived by 3 sisters; Sue Ealey of Carey,OH.
Georgia, of Upper Sandusky,OH and Patricia Jo and one brother, Roy Ealey
of Findlay,OH.

Funeral services were held Monday March 10, 2002 at the
Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor
Floyd Thomas officiating.

Interment was held in the Spring Grove Cemetery, Carey,Ohio.

In her honor, I would like to include a poem which she wrote,
which I feel sumerized her life and her dedication to
her family.

I awake from troubled slumber,
My husband is at my side,
My body needs rest and sleep,
Yet neither one abides.

My chores are many,
My helpers are few
Sometimes it seems I'm by myself,
Not knowing what to do.

My family means so much to me
I do for them all I can
And yet it doesn't seem enough,
To take away their pains.

I am just one person, Lord,
I feel so all alone,
Yet I know you will carry me,
Until I can stand on my own.
