Elmer Crum
1934–2001
Funeral services were held Sunday, Dec. 2, 2001
at 3 p.m. at the Boons Camp Church of God for Elmer Crum,
67, who passed away Wednesday, Nov. 28 2001 at the Paul
B. Hall Medical Center, Paintsville.

Mr. Crum was born Feb. 18, 1934 in Martin Co.,KY son of
the late Melvin and Mahalea Pigg Crum.

Surviving are his wife, Virginia Ann Stapleton Kestner Crum;
one son, James Melvin Crum of Boons Camp; one step-son, Robert
Kestner of Paintsville; one brother Delmer Crum of Boons Camp;
two sisters, Jeanette Mollette of Auxier, and Velvie Penix of
Boons Camp; two grandchildren.

The service was officiated by Eddie Stepp, with burial following
in the Crum Family Cemetery, Spring Knob,KY.
Arrangements were under the direction of
Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
