Ruby Daniels
1918-2000 Funeral services were held Sunday, December 17,
for Ruby Daniels 82, who died Thursday, December 14,
at her Hager Hill residence.

Mrs. Daniels was born October 8, 1918, in Johnson County,
to the late David and Georgia Bolen Daniel.

She was also preceded in death by a husband, Everett L.
Ratliff, in 1950; one son, Samuel Eddy Ratliff; one
daughter, Phyllis Ann Ratliff; three brothers; and three
sisters.

Surviving are her husband, William Daniels; five sons, Fred
K. Ratliff, Charles Vencil Ratliff, Raymond E. Daniels and
Danny D. Daniels, all of West Van Lear, and James E. Daniels
of Staffordsville; two daughters, Joyce C. Hughes of Tampa,
Florida, and Patricia Gail Perkins of Lowmansville; one brother,
Charles Ray Daniel of Richmond, Virginia; and 13 grandchildren
and 11 great-grandchildren.

Officiating at services at Staffordsville Freewill Baptist
Church were Mike Blanton, Jimmy Price and Ronnie Spriggs.
Burial followed in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville
