Goldie Daniel Castle

1920-2003

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 25,
11:00 a.m. at the Preston Funeral Chapel for
Goldie Daniel Castle, 82, who passed away Thursday,
January 23 at Paul B. Hall Medical Center.

Mrs. Castle was born December 26, 1920 in Johnson
County, daughter of Luther and Savillar Preston
Daniel.

She was preceded in death by Bob Daniel and Fonnie
Castle.

Surviving are two sons, Larry and Luther Daniel;
step-son Alfred Castle all of River, Ky.; one
daughter, Ora A. Preston of Folly Beach, S.C.; three
sisters, Mary Meek of River, Ky., Roberta VanHoose
and Gladys Castle of Tutor Key; seven grandchildren
and seven great grandchildren.

The service was officiated by Bruce Howard with burial
following in the Luther Daniel Cemetery at River.
