Brevard - Thomas John Rector, 22-days-old, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2004, in an Asheville hospital.

He was the son of Michael John and Melissa McCall Rector.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his paternal grandparents, John and Mary Rector of Brevard and maternal grandmother, Paula McCall of Brevard.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Fanning officiating. Burial will follow in Pisgah Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.

Moody-Connolly Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
