The original was owned by Lois (Calkins) Huggins (1914 – 1999) granddaughter of Clinton and Caroline (Sholder) Calkins, Williamsport, Pennsylvania when I made a copy. As of 2003 this is owned by her brother Ronald Floyd Calkins, 528 Ruben Kehrer Road, Muncy, PA 17756-8043.

    This certificate states the following: That Clinton M. Calkins of Williamsport [Pennsylvania] and Carrie [Caroline] M. Sholders [Sholder] of Williamsport were by me united in the bonds of marriage at Williamsport according to the ordinance of God and the Laws of the State of Pennsylvania on the Fourth day of June A.D. 1878. It also shows Witness Present was E. M. [last name illegible] and is signed John Donahue, Minister of the Gospel.
