"He was born in Pittsburg, PA in 1858, son of Capt. James C. and Susan (Carson) Dalzell, His parents were natives of Ireland. His father was for many years a well known figure on the upper Ohio river.
"Mr. Dalzell is a member of the Masonic Lodge, at Mountsville and belongs to Cleveland Consistory, Scottish Rite. He married Wein(sic) Amelia Schunk of Pittsburg, PA. They have two sons, William F. and Harry G. Chic.(sic)."
