       He married first, Jannetje <?> ? Van Winkle (Rn=65739) and married second, 20 March 1834 at Reformed Dutch Church, South Schraalenburgh (Bergenfield), Bergen County, New Jersey Maria <Jacobus> Demarest Van Winkle
       (Rn=65737), who was born 17 June 1792 and died 04 February 1859 at 66 years of age, a daughter of Jacobus <David> Demarest (Rn=30966) and Margrietje <Jacob> Cole Demarest (Rn=30965).  Source [1964 Demarest Genealogy 7-251]

       He married 29 October 1836 at Ponds, Bergen County, New Jersey Catrina <Jacobus> Demarest Van Winkle (Rn=59053), who was born 14 February 1812 and died 10 April 1851 at 39 years of age, a daughter of Jacobus <Samuel> Demarest
