       He married Marritje <Arent> Toers Kough (Rn=26370), who was born 23 August 1718 at Slotterdam (Bergen), Bergen (Hudson) County, New Jersey, a daughter of Arent <Laurens> Toers (Rn=26362) and Geertruy <Johannes> Spier Toers

    2. Corstyntje (Christina) <Joost> Kough Gillam/Spier (Rn=54143), who was born 1748. 

       She married first, Michael <?> Gillam (Rn=54147) and married second, 28 February 1801 Barent <Johannes> Spier (Rn=15527), who was born 18 February 1740 at Saddle River, Bergen County, New Jersey and died before August 1784
       at 43 years of age, a son of Johannes <Barent> Spier (Rn=15511) and Geertruy <Johannes> Rommen Myer/Spier/Paulison (Rn=15929).  Source [Genealogies of New Jersey Families page 811]
