Alson and Anna
BICKNELL

This is Alson and Anna (nee SCENTERS) BICKNELL. They are the grandparents of my wife Debra L (Bicknell) Christophel. Alson was born in Madison Co., Ky while his family was either on their way to or back from the Indian Territory (Oklahoma); I haven't been able to determine which. Which ever it was he was raised in Eslill Co and lived there until about 1928 (give or take a year or two), when he moved his family to the Hamilton, Ohio area.

I have not been able to pin down Ann Scenters yet. But do know that her family came from the Knob area of Ky.

Some say this is the best picture ever taken of Anna.
