John Tucker and uncle Benjamin Tucker were settlers in Westmoreland County, Virginia. John Tucker had no male heirs and on 26 Aug 1696 John Tucker made a deed of gift to his 'well-beloved uncle', carpenter; Benjamin Tucker for natural love and affection grants 77 acres of land to his uncle Benjamin. The land is entailed in the male line of Benjamin; in the failure of heirs male the land is to return to the rightful heirs of John Tucker.
