Family
of Benjamin Wiser
(1) Benjamin Wiser, son of James Wiser and Ruth Bowman, was born about 1743 at of Natick,
Middlesex, MA, and on 25 Jun 1767 at Sturbridge, Worcester, MA, married (9644)
Abigail Thomas who was born about 1745 at Sturbridge, Worcester,
MA. Benjamin died after 1810 at of New
Woodstock, Madison, NY. Abigail died about
1772 probably at Sturbridge, Worcester, MA.
There is no documented proof that Benjamin is the son of James and Ruth
Bowman Wiser, or that our Benjamin was married to this Abigail Thomas prior to
marrying Kezia. Further research will
be needed to make the absolute connection.

Westborough, Worcester, MA. Alithea
(Alathea) died on 6 Dec 1848 at Truxton, Cortland, NY. Luther died about 1823 probably at Truxton, Cortland, NY.

Corinth, Orange, VT. Sally died in 1818
and was buried at Bath, Grafton, NH.

(9) Abigail Wiser, daughter of Benjamin Wiser and Kezia, was born about 1783 at of Haverhill,
Grafton, NH.
She was a member of the same New Woodstock church
that her sister Alathea Morse belonged to.
(7) Samuel Wiser, son of Benjamin Wiser and Kezia, was born in 1784 at Haverhill, Grafton, NH,
and about 1820 at of Truxton, Cortland, NY, married (28) Betsey (Elizabeth)
Babcock, daughter of James Babcock and Temperance Decker, who was born about 1790 at of Pittsfield,
Berkshire, MA. Samuel died in 1834 at
Truxton, Cortland, NY. Betsey
(Elizabeth) died in 1839 at JoDaviess, IL.
Betsey (Elizabeth) was married to Theodore Wiser.

Anna died after 1860 at of Boone Twp, Harrison, IN. There is no proof that James was the husband
of Anna, though seems probable.

Cortland, NY. There is no proof that
Amanda is the mother of Levi, though he was the son of James.

(11) Theodore Wiser, son of Benjamin Wiser and Kezia, was born about 1787 at of Haverhill,
Grafton, NH, and after 1832, married (28) Betsey (Elizabeth) Babcock, daughter of James Babcock and Temperance Decker, who was born about 1790 at of
Pittsfield, Berkshire, MA. Theodore
died about 1840 at JoDaviess, IL.
Betsey (Elizabeth) died in 1839 at JoDaviess, IL. Betsey (Elizabeth) was married to Samuel
Wiser.

He also married (416) Elisa Hunt. There is a Elizabeth Wiser buried in the
same cemetery as Ashcah Wiser above. There is
no proof that Prudence and Samuel Henry were their children, but probable.
