Paul Raymond Jr.? from/to? Paul Raymond

Know all men by these presents that I Paul Raymond Jr. of
Bristol in the county of Addison and State of Vermont for and in
consideration of the sum of fore hundred dollars current money of
the United States received in full to my satisfaction of Paul
Raymond of Bristol, County of Addison and State of Vermont,
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have given,
granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do give
grant, bargain sell alien, convey and confirm unto the
said Paul Raymond, his heirs and assigns forever
a certain peace or parsel of land lying and being in Bristol
aforesaid viz. seventy five acres being a part of the third
division lot drawn to the right of Edward Lawrence [lot 11] also
two acres it being a part of the third division lot drawn to
the right of Henry Hyder [lot 51] the whole of said lands being
the same that was deeded to Asa Eldridge and Oliver W.
Burnham by William Muromber(?) the 11th day of March AD 1817
reference may be had to said land for the bounds thereof

To have and to hold the above land, granted & bargained
premises with all the priviledges & appurtenances
thereof and thereto belonging to him the said Paul
Raymond his heirs and assigns to his and their own
proper use, benefit and behoof forever and I the said
Paul Jr. do for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators,
covenant to and with the said Paul, his heirs executors,
and administrators & assigns that at and until the
insealing of these presents, I am well seized of the premises
in fee simple, that as is above written that they are
free and clear of all incumbrances and that I will warrant
and defend the same against all lawful claims and
demands of any person or persons whatsoever
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 20th day of September Anno Domini
one thousand eight hundred and 20.
