Cook, at Ringgold, Bienville Parish, Louisiana, Dr. Fletcher was a longtime physician in the town of Ringgold and owned and operated the Fletcher Clinic which, after his death, was renamed the Ringgold Clinic and has been operated by several Doctors over the years.^2,1
