     H. Plumer Parker was born on 25 February 1891.1 He married Bertha Hodge, daughter of David W. Hodge and Nancy Emma Jordan, circa 1915.1 H. Plumer Parker died on 3 April 1980 at Farmersville, Union Parish, Louisiana, at age 89.1 He was buried after 3 April 1980 at Liberty Hill-Taylor Cemetery, Farmersville, Union Parish, Louisiana.1
