     Carrie was born on Friday, June 12, 1885 in Kentucky, USA.1 She was the daughter of James M. Cheaney and Amanda Pepper. Carrie was married to Alva Sights, son of John Eblen Sights and Martha Jane Conaway, circa 1912. Carrie died on Thursday, November 21, 1968 in Henderson Co., Kentucky, USA, at age 83 years, 5 months and 9 days.1 Her body was interred after November 21, 1968 in Fernwood Cemetery, Henderson, Henderson Co., Kentucky, USA.1
     As of circa 1912, her married name was Sights.
