William Bailey Raines was born 1819 in Ala 
He was the  1st of 9 children to James and Milla Barton  Raines 
 He Married ca 1841 to Elizabeth K. Kennemore.prob in Walker Co ala [as the records burned in Walker co Exact dates can not be found]
She was born 1815 in Tenn according to 1850-60-7- census but i have not been able to prove who her  Parents were yet.[this surname was spelled various ways .Kennymore,Kennamer,Kennemer]
 Wiliam and Elizabeth had 7 children born in Ala bt 1843 and 1854, they were;
[1] Mary ElizabethMarried 1st Christopher C. Loggains 2nd George Haskins 
[2] Milly Samantha Married Steven Loggains
[3] Pamela Priscilla married John W. Haskins
[4] Rispa Francismarried Carroll Loggains in  Boone co ark 1871 died 1873[5] Robert Bailey married Louisa Jane Haskins
[6] James William[Bud] married Hannah Loggains
[7] John Allen married  Mary  Elizabeth  Bly.
in 1868 they left Walker Co and went into Wayne Co Tenn until Jan 1870 when they arrived in Boone Co Ark.
on the 1860 census of walker co They had a 5 yr old girl.luvenie Janes living with them. they brought her to Ark with them . her relationship unknown. she married Henry Redden in 1872 in Boone Co  Ark.
Elizabeth died bt 1870-1880 in Boone Co . and William Bailey died 1881 in Taney Co Mo.
