He was the son of John Allen Sr, and Mary Elizabeth Bly Raines
He Married Otie Jane Hughey nov 30 1917 in Boone Co Ark  [They were my Parents]
 She was born feb 7 1897 in Lowry  Ark to James Langston[Lank] and Melissa Hannah Richardson Hughey They moved to Okla the first time in 1919 . moved back to boone co in 1922 then back to okla in 1929 .
They were the Parents of 11 children
