Robert Colombus[Bob] Raines  

Funeral services for former Paoli Resident  Robert C. Raines  will be held at 10:30 am Monday at the Stufflebean Funeral Home with Ray Mayhue  of Knoxville ,Iowa officiating and burial following in the Paoli Cem.

RAINES WAS BORN JUNE 17 1893 IN TANEY cO MO.And died April 15 1977 at Purcell Hospital..A resident at  Lexington at the time of his death.He lived at Paoli From 1930 to 1958When he moved to Lexington.

Survivors are his wife,Otie Jane Hughey Raines of exington.Eight Daughters, Mrs Dewitt[Hazel]Selman of Maysville,Mrs Daidy Jones of Lexington.Mrs Vernon [Mable] Kelly of Choctaw,Mrs R. B. [Bessie ] Jones of Enid. Mrs Calvin[Stella] Selman of Gutherie. Mrs Hank Murphy[Della] of Lexington, Mrs Dennis [Jean] Meeks of Wayne andDayton{Dolores] Sutton Of Lexington.
also surviving are 3 sons, Robert F. of Midwest City. Clay Raines of Lexington and Alfred[Buddy] Raines of Wayne.
Other survivors include 1 sister Modelia Green of Ft. Gibson. 1 Brother Paul Raines of Okla City.57 grandchildren,58 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchilren.<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://images.rootsweb.com/css/h/h.css">
