John Al was born sept4 1854 in walker Ci ala.
He was the youngest child of william Bailey and Elizabeth k. kennemore Raines
when he was 14 his family left ala. and moved to Boone Co Ark.[jan 1870] He is listed on the 1880 Taney co Mo census living with his Sister,Mary and her #2 Husband Goerge Haskins. his Father William Bailey also lived with them. his mother had died bt 1870-80
He met Mary elizabeth Bly Dejurnette in 1880 in Taney co Mo. She was a widow with 2 children.
John and Elizabeth married May 8 1883 in Boone Co Ark when their first child was 2 yrs old.

[2] Sarah Eurith born 1877 in Taney Co mo Married James Roy [both died ca 1910]leaving several small children.
Elizabeth died may 1912 in Boone Co and is Buried in the Raley Cem near Lead Hill.
John al came to okla in 1919 with his children and their families and died Mar 9 1930 at Keokuk.Okla and is buried in the Keokuk cem near Prague Okla. drainessutton@juno.com
