Tobe was born April 26 1841 in Carroll co Ark to Henry and Ann Wilson Hughey 
He married Francis Lucinda Barnes june 6 1866 in Boone Co Ark. she died 1888.

Their Children were;

[2] Grace married Evel Campbell
[3] Lorene married Willie Turney
[4] Mary married Willian Fenix
[5] Ruby married James Gulliam
[6] Sarah married George Manley
[7] M.H. married F.L Ryan

After Francis Licindas death he married Mary Holmes
No Children.
Tobe died April 4 1916 and is buried in the Enon Cem in Boone Co Beside his Wife, Mary
