Robert Odle was the office manager for
Richard Nixon's Committee to Re-Elect the President (CREEP). He apparently
wasn't convicted of anything, so probably escaped being mentioned in your
history book. But, you can find it here in

Hey! I'm famous! According to a TV news script from WDBJ in Roanoke, Virginia, on Sept. 4, 1998, the Los Angeles police officer who arrested O. J. Simpson was me! OK, it wasn't really me, but it was somebody with the same name. I still think it's pretty cool.
