This compilation is an attempt to gather into one place all of the information gathered by various Queen researchers and shared on the Rootsweb QUEEN Mail List, as well as other  documentation about the Queens of NC and GA for the period 1750 - 1850.  The data has been arranged by individual name, and then chronologically for each person.  Since many of these names are common (e.g., William, John, etc.), the data entries for any listed name may belong to different, separate individuals.  Where possible (and where I could see the justification for doing so), I have segregated specific data within a common name (see “George, son of Laban” for an example). 

This task of recognizing relationships between the people on this list is just beginning; I ask that readers inform me of other relationships they know of, or identify from the data here, that I have overlooked.[1]

Where known, the source of each statement is documented with footnotes, so that others can substantiate each statement for themselves.
