Isham Quarles
Isham Quarles was born circa 1825 in South Carolina. He died 17 Jan 1902 in Marion County, Tennessee and is buried in Pleasant Grove Cemetary in Marion Co., TN. He married Martha Adaline Basham 1 Mar 1855. He served fro the Union in the civil war; his unit was Co. E, 30th Kentucky Vols. He was a member of the G.A.R. of Marion County, Tennessee. His parents are believed to be Hubbard Quarles II and Rebecca of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. He was in attenedence when this picture was taken.
