WILLIAM C.10 BOWMAN was born June 07, 1882 in Puslinch Township, Ontario, Canada, and died 1967 in Freeport, Kitchener, Ontario. He married ISABELLE M. CUTTING March 25, 1908 in Hespeler, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, daughter of WILLIAM CUTTING and ISABELLE NIESCH. She was born March 31, 1887 in Elora Village, Ontario, Canada, and died November 22, 1965 in South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Galt, Ontario. Notes for WILLIAM C. BOWMAN: At the time of marriage to Isabelle Cutting, William was a carpenter by trade. GALT REPORTER WILLIAM K. BOWMAN Funeral services for William K. Bowman 741 Sherring St., Preston, who died at the Coutts Pavillion, Freeport, Wednesday, in his 85th year, will be conducted in the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home corner of Queen and Argyle Street's , Preston Saturady at 2pm. Born in Crieff Ontario, Mr. Bowman resided in the Hespeler and Preston area all of his life, and worked as a dyer at the Hespeler Woolen Mills, until retiring 10 years ago. He was a member of the King St. Baptist Church, Preston. His wife, the former Isobel Cutting, predeceased him in 1965. Surviving are two sons, Valtin and Page, both of Preston and two daughters, Mrs. Reginald (Olive) Wurr and Mrs. Ben (Faith) Wurr of Preston; one brother, John, of London; one sister Mrs. Henry (Caroline) Leach, of Oshawa; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Bowman , 741 Sherring St. Preston , died at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital Monday in her 79th year. Born in Elora, the former Isobel Cutting, she resided in Hespeler and moved to Preston 26 years ago. She was a member of the Preston Baptist Church. Earlier this year Mr. and Mrs. Bowman celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary. Surviving besides her husband , are two sons, Valtin and Page of Preston: two daughters Mrs. Reginald (Olive) Wurr and Mrs. Ben (Faith) Wurr of Preston: one brother, James Cutting of Hespeler; three sisters, Mrs. Holman (Gladys) Daniels of Preston , Mrs. Elmer (Reta) Jones of Hespeler and Mrs. Horace (Evelyn) Snider of Preston; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren also survive. The late Mrs. Bowman is resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, corner of Queen and Argyle Streets , Preston, where funeral services will be conducted Friday, Nov. 26 at 2pm. Internment will follow in the Hespeler Cemetery.
