Subject: David Steele and family - David Steele, Hagerstown, MD - The 1850 Fed Census lists a David Steele and his wife Nancy living in Hagerstown, MD. With them are their children George, Bryan, Levi, Emma, Philip and Charles. Any help locating Ancestors or Descendants will be appreciated. I will be happy to share what information I already have.

M: Arena Caldonia Bryant in 1877.
B: 16 MAR 1863, D: 10 OCT 1916 in Joplin, MO, Buried in Forest Park Cemetery, Joplin, MO
Children:
1- W. H. Steele (thought to have died at early age).

2- Twins: Grover Cleveland & Cleveland Grover, (my grandfather)

Have no information on Abraham's parents and would like to know as my family is researching our genealogy.

Subject: Ransom H. Steele and family - Below Find Copy of My Grandfathers Children and some of the related data. My Grandfather Started out in Virginia and possible went north at the start of the civil war. After the war He settled in Western Indiana (Putnam county). About 1899 He passed away. Shortly after that (9-13-1900) The remaining children went to an orphanage in Knighttown Indiana (eastern part Mariam county). I know nothing about his life in Virginia at this time.

Subject: Was Blenheim TWP, Oxford Co. established by 1813? - Good day all(!), I've recently been passed info that a GGG-grandmother of mine was born in Blenheim Township, Oxford County, about 1813. My questions are:
Was Blenheim Township "settled" by 1813? If so, does anyone know a good source of "vital records" that might confirm this fine lady's birth, and perhaps identify her parents? Her name was Mary STEELE, who later married Andrew Emanuel HOOVER. Both were Mennonites.
I'd appreciate hearing from anyone with information.

Subject: Charles and Augusta (Eggert) Steele - Looking for info on Charles & Augasta (Eggert) Steele from Indiana. Charles had a brother named Knute who found oil in Baker, Montana but we think it was under the name "McMillan". Charles was a police officer in either Monon or Chalmers, Indiana. A Steele woman, (maybe Charles' sister?) had a very large horse ranch in northern Montana. She was also supposed to be the first woman ever to be in a rodeo. Charles Steele's family (maybe a brother?) owned a hotel in either Medaryville or Winamac, Indiana--- it had something to do with the railroad. I'll be happy to share any info I have!
