Subject: Oylers from Indiana & Illinois - I am looking for any help on finding information on Oylers from Indiana (southern IN) and Illinois. I have found a limited bit of information about the Oylers in IN and ILLinois but I need more. My family is tight lipped about family info. If you could even point me in the right direction to look, I would appreciate it.
Thank you,

Subject: James M. Oyler (b 1821/22) & m1 Rachel, m2 Mary - Looking for information on James M. Oyler, father of Joseph Harvey Oyler (b Cabell Co., Va. 1842/43, m Lucinda Layton). It appears that he married twice, and the transcribed census reports indicate Mary as his wife in 1860 and 1880, so Rachel possibly died before 1860.
