Subject: Hansberry Benjamin (Berry) LAYTON - VA and KY - Looking for information on Hansberry Benjamin (Berry) LAYTON b. abt. 1820 in VA died in KY date unknown. He married Anna MONTGOMERY also of VA on 23 Dec 1846 at Garrard Co. KY. Was told his parents were Jeramiah LAYTON and Elizabeth HILL and they were said to have been married in Garrard Co. KY on Abt. 1807. IF that is right...how could Berry be born in VA? Oh well...
Anyway...any help on these lines is greatly appreciated.

Subject: Joseph & Martha J. Layton, Lucinda Layton - Help needed with Lucinda A. Layton (b Alleghany Co., Va. 1848/50, d Kanawha Co., W.Va. 1877), 1st wife of Joseph Harvey Oyler, and her parents, Joseph Layton (1827-9/26/1902) & Martha J. (?). Lucinda appears to have had two brothers named Joseph, one b 1848/49 who m Leona Cass (?) in 1871, the other b 1864/65, d 3/25/1868.
