In David H. Templin's papers [REF:#8 pg9] he listed son JAMES, 3 HAGGARD as being born about 1765, this is in conflict with other records which show he was born in about 1879, some 14 years later. See Chapter on 5 Son: JAMES, 3 HAGGARD for further proof..prs Henry HAGGARD, was born and raised to manhood, in Albemarle County, Virginia. Which was created in 1744 from the larger counties of Louisa & Goochland. The County seat is Charlottesville 22902. Albemarle Co. is located almost in the middle of the State, its presently bounded on the Northwest by Greene & Orange Counties; Southwest by Louisa & Fluvanna Counties; South by Buckingham Co.; Southeast by Nelson; and Northeast by Augusta & Rockingham Counties. At the age of 21 years, Henry HAGGARD married about 1765 [REF:#8 pg8] in Albemarle, VA., to Miss DORTOHY "Dolly" RANDOLPH; by the time of the American Revolutionary War of 1775, Henry HAGGARD was 29 years old with a wife and three children.
AMERICAN REVOLUTIONARY WAR: 1775-1783

4th Son Rev. James Haggard was the only one to draw a Pension.
6th Son David Haggard's Application was rejected, because he did not serve for six months.
1st Son Rev. Henry Haggard (b.1746, Albemarle Co., VA.) records can NOT be found.".
