I, Robert B. Wright of the tenth civil district of Sumner County, Tennessee, make and publish this my last will hereby revoking all or any will before made by me.
First. I desire all my just debts paid as soon after my death as possible.
Second. I give, bequeath and devise all property that I may die possessed of whatever situated to my beloved wife Penlape Eliza Wright to do with as she pleases.
Witness my hand
And I appoint my good wife executrix of this my last will, and excuse her from giving bond as such.
This April 20th, 1916. Robt. B. Wright.
We at the request of the said R. B. Wright attest the signature, as his will in his presence and the presence of each other. This April 20th, 1916.

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Robt. B. Wright, was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of W. H. Elliott and S. F. Wilson, two of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and was ordered recorded as the last will and testament of the said R. B. Wright, deceased.
