- - - - - - PROBATE OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF W. C. PATTERSON, DECEASED - - - - - -
Be it remembered that, on this the 11th day of March, 1927, before the Honorable J. Miller Harris, Chairman of the County Court of Sumner County, Tennessee a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of W. C. Patterson, lately deceased, was produced in open Court for probate, the said paper writing bearing date, July 16th, 1921, having the name of W. C. Patterson signed thereto, and being subscribed by J. W. Murrey and H. O. Love as attesting witnesses, and it appearing to the Court from the oral testimony of the said J. W. Murray and H. O. Love the two subscribing witnesses, that said paper writing was written in the life time of the said W. C. Patterson and signed by him and subscribed in his presence at his request by the said J. W. Murrey and H. O. Love as attesting witnesses, as and for his last will and testament, and that he was at the time of sound mind and disposing memory.
It is, therefore, adjudged and declared by the Court that said testament is the true, whole and last will and testament of the said W. C. Patterson, deceased and the Clerk is directed to file and record the same.
