I, Catherine O. Walker, do hereby make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills at any time heretofore made by me.

Item 1. I give and bequeath to my niece Eloise Polk Walker, all my property of every kind, real personal, or mixed, wherever situated to her sole and separate use, free from the debts contracts and control, and free from the marital rights of any husband she may have. This Sept. 2nd 1902. C. O. Walker

We witness the foregoing will of Mrs. Catherine O. Walker at her request and in her presence and after her signature was signed thereto.

State of Tennessee, Sumner County Court September Term Sept. 26th 1904.

A paper purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Mrs. C. O. Walker dec'd, was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of F. J. Hutchison and J. A. Patterson subscribing witnesses thereto, when same was ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of Mrs. C. O. Walker dec'd.
