I, T. M. Shadowins do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First:  I direct that my funeral expenses and all just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any money that I may die possessed of, or may come first into the hands of my Executrix.

Second:  I give and bequeath to my wife M. J. Shadowins and her heirs by me all the property that I may die possessed of both personal and realty.

Lastly:  I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife M. J. Shadowins my executrix.  In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal.  This the 18th day of February 1896.

Sumner County Court October Term October the 12th 1897
A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of T. M. Shadowins deceased was this day produced in open Court for probate and was duly proven by the oath of A. B. Denning one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and there being no contest, the same was ordered recorded as the last will and testament of T. M. Shadowins deceased.
