- - - - - - PROBATE OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF T. COMBS AND CHARITY COMBS, DEC'D
Be it remembered that on this the 15th, day of February, 1927, before the Honorable J. Miller Harris, Chairman of the County Court of Sumner County, Tennessee, Walter S. Combs, the person named therein as executor produced in open Court a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of T. Combs and wife Charity Combs, lately deceased, bearing date June 23rd, 1913, having the name of T. Combs and Charity Combs signed thereto and being subscribed by D. A. Montgomery and W. W. Carr as attesting witnesses, and moved the Court that the same be admitted to probate and record as the last will and testament of the said T. Combs and wife, Charity Combs, deceased, and it appearing to the testimony of D. A. Montgomery and W. W. Carr at their request as attesting witnesses, and that said instrument was executed on the 23rd, day of June, the day it bears date by the said T. Combs and wife Charity Combs, as and for their last will and testament and that they were at the time of sound mind and disposing memory.
It is therefore adjudged and declared by the Court that said instrument is the true, whole and last will and testament of the said T. Combs and wife, Charity Combs, deceased, and the Clerk is directed to file and record the same. And Walter S. Combs being named in said will as the executor thereof and being excused under the terms of the will from executing bond appeared in open Court and accepted the trust and was duly qualified and letters testamentary ordered issued to him.
A true Copy.
