Last Will and Testament of Miss Mary A. Smith.
The place on West Main St. Gallatin, Tenn., formally owned by Mrs. Nancy Smith of Gallatin, Tenn., at my death is to be sold and equally divided between said Mrs. Smith's two grandchildren, Miss Mary A. Brokenshire, now of Nashville, Tenn. and Mr. Sanford L. Parrott and his heirs, now of Boston, Mass.
This property was willed by my mother Mrs. Nancy Smith to her children of which I am the last, and at the death of her last child it was to be divided equally between her grandchildren and the only two living grandchildren of Mrs. Nancy Smith are Miss Mary A. Brokenshire, and Mr. Sanford L. Parrott.
This is made while in sound mind. Miss Mary A. Smith

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Miss Mary A. Smith, dec'd, was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of Miss Lillian Taylor, and Miss Mary F. Yager, subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same was admitted to probate and ordered recorded as said last will and testament of Miss Mary A. Smith, dec'd.
