I, Marthy E. Simpson of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament to-wit:
First, All just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid.

Second, All my Real Estate and personal property to go to A. N. Reddick and wife, Mrs. Molly E. Reddick for their servis and chare rendered unto me and to see after me the rest of my life.  I want this settled without any process of law.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of Feb. 1917.

Signed sealed published and declared as and for her last will and testament by the above named testator in our presence who have at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other signed our names as witnesses thereto.

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Marthy Ella Simpson, deceased was this day produced in open Court for probate when the same was duly proven by the oaths of W. N. Hunter and R. L. Hunter subscribing witnesses thereto, and the same was judged to be and ordered recorded as the last will and testament of said Marthy Ella Simpson Deceased.
