LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MRS. SARAH E. SHAW, DECEASED.

Be it remembered that, on this the 13th day of November, 1924, before the Honorable L. C. Guild, Chairman of the County Court of Sumner County, Tennessee, L. M. Shaw, the person named Executor, produced in open Court a type-written paper purporting to be the last will and testament of Sarah E. Shaw, deceased, bearing date, December 9th, 1921, having the name Sarah E. Shaw signed thereto and being subscribed by J. T. Baskerville and H. L. McGlothlin as attesting witnesses and moved the Court that the same be admitted to probate and record as the last will and testament of the said Sarah E. Shaw, deceased; and it appearing to the Court from the testimony of the said J. T. Baskerville and H. L. McGlothlin the two subscribing witnesses thereto that said typewritten paper was written in the life time of the said Sarah E. Shaw and signed by her and subscribed in her presence and at her request by the said J. T. Baskerville and H. L. McGlothlin, as attesting witnesses, and that said instrument was executed by said Sarah E. Shaw on the day it bears date as and for her last will and testament, and that she was at the time of sound mind and disposing memory; and it further appearing that Sarah E. Shaw lately died in Sumner County, Tennessee, it is so adjudged.

And it is adjudged and declared by the Court that said instrument is the true, whole and last will and testament of the said Sarah E. Shaw, deceased, and the Clerk is directed to file and record the same.

And L. M. Shaw being named in said will as the executor thereof and being excused under the terms of the will from executing bond for his faithful performance as such executor appeared in open Court and accepted the trust and was duly qualified and letters testamentary ordered issued to him.
